Elaboration of the Transfer Pricing Study

The Firm realizes the Transfer Pricing Study based on the law, which establishes requirements and guidelines for the application of the specific methodology for the determination of the fiscal value of the operations celebrated by companies in Mexico with related parties in the same nation and/or related parties abroad.
We support our work on the OCDE Transfer Pricing guidelines.
